On Saturday, Feb 3, 2024, Ease will perform scheduled maintenance between 7PM-9PM PST. During this time, we will be unable to process requests over HTTP/HTTPS. We are upgrading our systems to better serve demand and ensure operational efficiency.
Affected services Customer portals and APIs from *.ease.com will be unavailable.
Services not affected SFTP and email services are not affected and will continue operations as normal.
How does this affect me? During this time, you may experience service interruption if you are attempting to access the *.ease.com portal or trying to reach our APIs.
What can I do? Plan accordingly:
Interruptions are expected, so please schedule high-priority operations before or after the maintenance window.
Services will be restored as soon as the maintenance is completed.
